"Your lights look fabulous in our living room and are admired often."

Andy Lovel

"I received the lamp yesterday is looks great, really pleased with it.  More of a work of art than a functioning piece of furniture, but even better that it's both! Many thanks for the efficient service."

Karen Kennedy

"Just to say we have just got back to Somerset and straight away we found a home for your lovely light. The 3 of us spent a while finding the perfect spot so it could be admired. A true family task. So it's on and looking fab. Thanks"

Karen

"I love my lamp! I want to go to bed early in the night just to use it!!"

Sarah Gardner

"The lamp is beautiful...I am so thrilled with it...a huge thank you"

Cassie

"The lamp and shade are everything I hoped for, I’m sure they’ll look wonderful in their new home in Tighnabruaich, where they are destined to go. It is a real pleasure to receive such excellent service and such beautiful objects."

Jennifer

"I first saw Sarah's lamps on an online retail website and I'd never seen anything like them before. Each wooden lamp base was unique and stunning with unusually turned shapes and beautiful colours, some hand painted, some painted with stripes whilst the lathe turned. When I was looking to make up a lampshade in one of my printed wool fabrics, I asked Sarah if she would create a base to suit my fabric. I was extremely pleased with the results ; the shape and colours of the base suited my fabric exactly. I would certainly ask Sarah to collaborate with me again to produce lamps using my fabric"

Jane Walker

"I have three of Sarah’s lamps in my house in Provence. They are the perfect mix of contemporary, traditional and chic with added warmth and a bit of quirkiness and originality thrown in. I love them and people comment on them all the time. Plus, they are beautifully crafted!"

Judi Carron
USA and Provence

"As my son would say, I don't like the lamps, I love them!! They look so lovely, they're absolutely perfect! Whilst it can be disappointing buying things over the Internet, your lamps had the exact opposite effect, they were even better than I thought they would be. Thank you so much!"

Zoe

"Re: the testimonial I can add that - Thanks so much again!"

Zoe
London

"With a mild concern and a sense of nervousness I bought my wife one of Sarah’s lamps as a Christmas present. I was a bit worried that buying such an item was not the correct thing to get your wife, clothing and jewellery being the usual items. Sarah was very helpful helping me select the appropriate shade and stand and the end result was that my wife loved it and adored receiving such a beautifully hand crafted present, my other present of functional wellies went down really badly.

I chose the autumnal shade to go with the flowery blinds in our bedroom as a sort of meadow theme and it works beautifully, especially in winter, casting out a warm glow. So I would like to reassure anyone out there who is a bit concerned about whether one of Sarah’s lamps is maybe a bit too functional as a present I can assure it is not and it will be very well received."

Stephen the electrician

"Morning Sarah

Great excitement when the postie turned up this morning! Thought you'd like to see the lamp in situ. The size is perfect for the space and I love the way the colours pick up the tones in the painting of my daughter.

Thank you for dealing with it all so quickly and for your lovely handwriting on the parcel!"

Jude

"Thank you Sarah for creating these fantastic lamps for me. The quality and detail is superb. To have craftsmanship which is individual and unique really adds interest and completes the room. I love having quality lamps that I am proud to show off!"

"I have collected Sarahs lamps since her first year of production and now have one in nearly every room of my victorian house in Brighton. Every year I get excited about Sarah's latest range….she is constantly developing her ideas and I always find a lamp I can't live without with the lampshades as well they inject colour and fun into my home."
