A lovely raised walnut plate with curved sides and an ebonised underside and base, there is painted detail on the stem of dusky pink profiles on a dark walnut stem ( the process of ebonising timber is to expose it to liquid iron oxide and this causes the wood to darken naturally) These bowls utilise small and odd pieces of timber and offer chances to elevate food items and echo the sensual delights of food with the two particularly charming facial profiles of noses and lips, are they eating or kissing? Â The plate or shallow bowl is made from a beautiful and dark piece of walnut , utilising small off-cuts for the base and pedestal it is adding value to near worthless pieces of timber. The plate is finished in a food safe oil and is washable, and the base is polished and is washable only with a damp cloth.

All lamps available for sale are in stock, and are thus available for a fairly rapid despatch. Lamp shades, if not unique, may need to be made which may delay despatch. If an order is especially urgent please contact me and I will endeavour to speed your order through. I am a one person business making all items and packing and posting my own products so sometimes things may get held up.
For higher value items I use either parcel force or Royal mail special delivery service these cover the vlaue of the item and require a signature upon delivery. For lower value items I may use standard royal mail options.
Returns
Any item may be returned within 14 days of delivery, this will be at your cost and on condition that the item or items are unused and undamaged. If an item is faulty I will pay the postage for the return.
