An oak lamp with an angular profile, favourite angles sitting together within this composition and I think embodies a certain perfection of proportions, only some small sections are decorated on this lamp. The base is plain and made from a figured piece of brown oak with only for a simple asymmetrical black shape on the edge. there is a perfection of simplicity here. The very top of the lamp is painted in an abstract pattern . This lamp is photographed with a 25cm linen shade, the simplicity of the colour scheme and shape means many shade options could be considered as well as plain linen., and shade sizes 23cm to 26cm could be considered. It is wired with two tone “denim” twisted cable, has a black in line switch and a black plug. the last photograph in the carousel is of different but similar lamps.

An oak lamp with a simple angular profile and it has real elegance. Favourite angles sitting together within this composition and I think it embodies a certain perfection of proportions, only some small sections are decorated on this lamp. Just two colours have been used on this lamp, a red oxide colour and a black , the very top section the two colours are mixed in the form of fine lines The base is plain only for a simple addition of two small squares one of oxide red and one of black. There is a perfection of simplicity here, a small section of black sits near the base. This lamp is photographed with a 25cm linen shade, the simplicity of the colour scheme and shape means many shade options could be considered as well as plain linen., and shade sizes 23cm to 28cm could be considered. Lamp with Stripes 789

A simple and elegant lamp made from cherry into a new form with a curvaceous and much heavier base and a simple elegant upright, I have defined and isolated an area for the stripes which to my mind reminds me of a stripy sock on a leg. The stripy section is all the more attractive and captivating for it being isolated, on this lamp the bright stripes are over laid onto the cherry and the grain remains visible, which looks really good. The lamp is photographed with a 25cm shade, and is wired with a lovely blue cable.

Walnut Lamp #723

A walnut lamp with an elegant and minimal shape, the upper part of the lamp has a bold curvaceous shape which flares from a narrow top to a wider bottom this shape then tapers into a slender stem. The lamp subsequently tapers into a large bold base where the minimal nature of the plain walnut timber is complimented by three simple pieces of decoration one in an eye catching spring green, one a pink and one black. This lamp is photographed with a 25cm printed shade, in this case complimenting the base by echoing the green. The simplicity of the colour scheme and shape means many shade options could be considered as well as plain linen, shade sizes 23cm to 28cm could also be considered. The base is decorated in an asymmetrical manner and the rippled oak grain underneath is visible through the paint and revealed in one section, it has been decorated in a minimal composition, with one deep orange rectangle and one pink one the pink one having a 3-D detail in graphite, quite beautiful and bit inspired.
