A lovely pretty lamp made from lime with a cotton reel motif, the lamp is painted with a bright and fine multi-coloured stripes, the stripes go all the way down and on to an exquisite base with a beautiful simple decoration in simpler broader bands of browns and blue, just lovely!. This lamp has a lovely simple pink bobbin, painted  with fine brown vertical pinstripes  the bobbin is wound with grey thread, there is a section of natural wood above this and then a section at the very top painted in two tones of white and rusty brown  and is painted  with fine lines, like an old fashioned dial, it is finished with blue dots.  This lamp will always hold interest as there are so many interesting juxtapositions of colours within it, great on a bedside table! This lamp is photographed with a 20cm plain linen shade, it would be worth considering one of my unique silk screen printed shades as well. A 23cm shade would also be appropriate.
