Product Information

These products are handmade and each one is unique, unless otherwise marked as a matching pair. In the product listing I will have endeavoured to describe as accurately as possible the item and to include accurate dimensions, length of cable is approximate and measured from edge of the lamp. To best represent the colour of the product I have photographed them in daylight against white backgrounds, in some cases the colours could be misrepresented by an inaccurate computer display so please bear this in mind. The nature of the timber they are made from will mean that small knots and flaws may sometimes be visible through the paint, my own quality control will mean that this will not have any detrimental overall effect and can often add to the beauty and charm of the lamp I would only draw attention to major flaws in the product description and would expect the individual grain of the wood to be acceptable.

Ordering

When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgment by e-mail, payment will be debited and postage and packing added, I will endeavour to post out your order within 5 working days, if there is a problem with this I will notify you by e-mail.

Postage and packing postage will be added to the order at the checkout, items will be posted out within 5 working days, of receipt of payment and verification of delivery address if an order is urgent please e-mail me and I will do my best to speed along postage. Small orders of lamps and shades will be posted by royal mail, larger or multiple orders will be posted by courier. I will notify you if a courier is being used, as they will require a signature on delivery. If you would like a specific royal mail/courier service, please contact me before ordering.

Prices are not inclusive of VAT. Prices displayed throughout this website may change at any time, this will not affect any orders that are already being processed.

Purchase of Products

When you place an order you will be sent an acknowledgement by email. I will contact you if there are any problems with your order. You may cancel your order within 7 days. If the item has been dispatched simply return it to us for a full refund. 

Postage and Packaging. As all lamps are made to order please allow 2-3 weeks maximum for delivery. In most cases it won’t be that long. If you need an emergency delivery please email and I will make every effort to get it to you in time….there’s every chance! Before dispatch of orders payment must be accepted and billing/delivery address verified. For deliveries of one or two lamps I use Royal Mail first class. For more than two lamps they will go by Parcelforce and will take 3-5 working days. For large orders I use Interlink next day delivery. At Christmas please email me to check stock as it’s a very busy time.

Payment, can be made by securely on-line via Stripe or Paypal – no bank details are saved within this website. Online orders will be processed and the money debited from you account before the goods are sent.

Order cancellation returns and refunds

If for any reason you need to cancel your order you may do so within four days of placing the order, simply send me an email, if however your order has been dispatched simply return the items to the address below for a full refund (minus original postage), If after receiving your goods you are unhappy and wish to return and cancel the agreement between us you may do so within 7 days of the receipt of your order, I cannot accept returns after seven days of receipt. Please note that items should be returned to the address below in the original packaging and in perfect condition, on receipt of returned items in good condition I will refund your payment to your card minus the original cost of postage.
In the unlikely event of items being received and found to be faulty I will refund the total amount including postage or offer an alternative product.

Of course I will resolve any problems arising from fault. If you are unsure in any way regarding items ordered, please do not hesitate to contact me as soon as possible and preferably before I send the order.

If non-faulty items are returned, I can only offer a full refund if they are received in perfect condition, so please pack in the same manner you received the goods. Any refunds will be minus the original delivery charges.
